In the second quarter of 2023, the total office stock in Bratislava represents 2 million sqm. 17 % of the total stock consists of class A+ office space, 38 % of A, and 45 % of class B office space.

 

The expected area, which will be additionally delivered in 2023, represents 63,000 sqm within three projects.

 

Total leasing activity has recorded an 85% y-o-y increase in the second quarter of 2023, with a total volume of 51,685 sqm.

 

Total leasing activity in the first half of 2023 confirms an increased demand for office premises while reaching a 36 % annual increase compared with the same period in 2022. When looking at the first six months' performance in 2023, there was only one stronger first half so far, in 2019.
