Slovak Industrial & Logistics Figures Q1 2025

In Q1 2025, leasing activity reached almost 90,000 sq m, with take-up totaling more than 43,000 sq m—a 17% decrease compared to the same quarter of the previous year. However, total leasing activity remained stable compared to Q1 2024.

The vacancy rate rose by 30 basis points (bps) quarter-on-quarter to 5.48%, remaining above 5% since the end of 2024. Central Slovakia had the highest vacancy rate at 7.00%, followed by Greater Bratislava at 5.96% and Western Slovakia at 5.09%. Eastern Slovakia reported the lowest rate at 2.86%.
