Total leasing activity in the Slovak industrial and logistics market amounted to approximately
109,000 sq m in the third quarter of 2026, representing an increase of 27% year-on-year.
Volume moderated by 17% from a strong second quarter in line with the pattern observed in
most third quarters since 2014. Year-to-date leasing activity stands at 375,000 sq m, 32% ahead
of the same period last year.
