Slovak Industrial & Logistics Figures Q4 2024

In Q4 2024, leasing activity reached over 205,000 sq m, with take-up totaling 120,000 sq m—a substantial 45% increase compared to the previous quarter. However, activity remained 11% lower year-on-year when compared to Q4 2023.

The vacancy rate increased by 41 basis points (bps) quarter-on-quarter to 5.18%, surpassing the 5% threshold for the first time since the end of 2021. Central Slovakia recorded the highest vacancy rate at 9.74%, followed by Western Slovakia at 5.62% and the Greater Bratislava area at 4.07%. Eastern Slovakia reported the lowest vacancy rate during this period at 2.86%
