The total investment volume transacted in the first half of 2023 reached €323 million and was spread among 8 transactions. The investment volume of H1 decreased by 58 % compared to the same period of 2022. It is important to note that 45 % of the last H1 performance was caused by the split of the large office portfolio of Penta Real Estate and it created the largest H1 in terms of investment volume in history. Despite this considerable year-on-year drop, the number of transactions has remained stable when compared to the years 2019, 2020, and 2021.

In terms of sector distribution, office properties accounted for the largest portion, comprising 70% of the total investment volume. The retail sector followed as the second most dominant, capturing 27 % of the investments. The remaining 3 % was allocated to the hotel sector.
