The volume of real estate investments in Slovakia in 2020 reached 516 million €. In 2021, we expect this value to exceed 700 million. CBRE analysts agree that this year we should see not only a decrease in unemployment, but also the economic growth and the inflow of global capital into real estate. The Office real estate will remain attractive to investors, as well as the industrial and logistics due to the e-commerce growth.
