Mondelez have existing office premises at Digital Park II Bratislava with upcoming lease expiry in 2022.

CBRE was involved into final stage of negotiations with the Landlord in order to try to negotiate additional financial benefits for Mondelez.

CBRE evaluated at that time proposal from the Landlord and provided negotiation strategy to Mondelez. CBRE managed to negotiate additional financial benefits for Mondelez as per pre-agreed strategy.
