The Story

The relocation project took almost 2 years – going step by step from searching for the ideal location, to defining the ideal workplace and designing the ideal office – that is an office perfectly matching their needs. We were on their side from day 1, supporting them with a complex package of advisory and consultancy services: searching an office to fulfill their company and sustainability goals, negotiating terms for a flexible prolongation of contract in the current location without additional fees (because, yes, we started in the summer of 2019 and had to manage the difficultCovid-19 crisis), redefining the newly defined design concept – for we all woke up to the post-corona New Normal of hybrid work. And then actually building it. The final design was a cooperation with SOFTEC employees, who got to choose interior elements that represented or comforted them.

Together we made it – we created a new home for a growing company, whose employees enjoy the space and enjoy working together. It was an intense experience and a long story that ended well – or, dare we say, very well, since in 2021 SOFTEC won the prize for the most HEALTHY OFFICE of OFFICE ROKA Award.
