The Story
Takeda Pharmaceuticals Slovakia has a branch in Bratislava in the Rosum building. Takeda asked CBRE to cooperate in finding a new office space in Bratislava to serve as a development center for its global team. The aim was to find a space that would meet the modern environment and offer flexibility for the future.
CBRE provided complete consulting services, a market overview of possible locations, RFP process, financial analysis, procurement of proposals and preparation of detailed due diligence of shortlisted alternatives. Based on recommendations and financial comparisons, Takeda decided to rent new office space located on one entire floor in the Pradiareň 1900 building.
