CBRE Slovakia employs more than 300 employees in Bratislava, Košice and Banská Bystrica. CBRE offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; property financing and development services and manages 76 commercial and office buildings with a total value of € 1.3 billion.

In 2020, CBRE Slovakia won three first places at the Euromoney´s Real Estate Awards in the category of Advisers and Consultants: Overall, Agency - Letting/sales and Research. In 2019, CBRE Slovakia won four first places at the Euromoney´s Real Estate Awards. In addition to the mentioned categories, Property Valuation.
