CBRE, largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, is growing its capital advisory business in CEE by appointing Anthony Selman as the Head of Capital Markets for CEE and Sean Doyle as the Head of CEE Investment Properties.
2019 was record-breaking for CBRE in CEE region from several angles. Promotions in capital advisory department are associated with record results of CBRE in the CEE region, where the company brokered investment transactions worth almost 4.5 billion EUR.
“In the current competitive low interest environment investors are looking for new angels and access to capital in order to achieve their returns. In 2019 we closed our first capital advisory transactions bringing equity and finance to a number of developers and investors in CEE. Demand for capital advisory in 2020 is already greater than the year before.” – said Anthony Selman the new Head of Capital Markets in CBRE.
Anthony Selman (MRICS), previously led investments team out of London, Warsaw, Moscow and Sao Paulo. Anthony leads the CEE capital advisory business which brings equity to developers and investors combining CBRE’s real asset knowledge with its corporate finance capabilities. CBRE Capital Advisory works out of Warsaw, Bratislava and Prague. Anthony is responsible for connecting international capital to the CEE region and advises on assets across sectors and markets and has represented a wide spectrum of investors including private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds as well as many other institutional investors in his 20 year career, transacting over 7B in assets.

Sean started his career in San Francisco before moving to London and eventually Poland and has led CBRE to their current number one position on the Polish market in recent years transacting over EUR 10 Billion. Sean has led some of the most important office transactions within the CEE region including the sales of the Iconic Warsaw Spire, Mennica Legacy Tower, Warsaw Hub, Rondo 1, Plac Unii, Q22, Warsaw Trade Tower, Małachowski Square, Ethos, Generation Park and Eurocentrum. just to name a few. Over the last 24 months Sean has overseen over EUR 6 billion worth of transactions across sectors including the sales of the largest Logistics Portfolios in the history of the Polish market and the recent sale of the CPRF retail portfolio.
