CBRE Earns Place on Dow Jones Sustainability Index for Fifth Consecutive Year

Los Angeles – September 17, 2018 – CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBRE) today announced that it has been included on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) North America for the fifth year in a row. This index recognizes corporations that demonstrate leadership in environmental, social and governance performance.

 

“We are proud to be named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the fifth straight year,” said Bob Sulentic, CBRE’s president and chief executive officer. “Our emphasis on corporate responsibility is important to our focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

 

The 600 largest North American companies of the S&P Global Broad Market Index were invited to participate in the RobecoSAM Corporate Sustainability Assessment. Of these, 144 companies were included in DJSI North America.

 

Additionally, CBRE remained a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index and has been a part of FTSE4Good since 2014. In early 2018, CBRE was named a World’s Most Ethical Company by The Ethisphere Institute for the fifth consecutive year, a Fortune Most Admired Company for the sixth consecutive year and was included in the 2018 Barron’s 100 Most Sustainable Companies.
