In the third quarter of 2022, the total office stock in Bratislava represented 1,97 million sqm. 15% of the total stock consists of class A+ office space, 39% of A, and 46% of class B office space. The overall vacancy rate in Bratislava at the end of Q3 2022 slightly increased to 11.87% while the City Centre vacancy rate increased to 9.22%.

Total leasing activity has recorded an 11% y-o-y decrease in Q3, with a total volume of 38,760 sqm. The take-up in Q3 reached 32,417 sqm.
