In Q1 2022, the total leasing activity increased by 32% in y-o-y comparison reaching almost 167,000 sqm. The take-up represented 157,000 sqm, creating a renegotiation ratio of 6%. The majority of the leasing activity occurred in the Greater Bratislava Area (59%), the second largest market in terms of total leasing activity was Western Slovakia (30%) and the rest, beside one transaction in Central Slovakia, was transacted in Eastern Slovakia sub-market. The largest category in terms of sqm leased was Retail logistics, accounting for 62% of total leasing activity in Slovakia. The rest of the sqm were let across the sectors as Automotive (19%), Production (9%), 3PL providers (7%), Logistics (2%), and Pharma companies (1%).
