Despite a 21% year-on-year decline in leasing activity in the fourth quarter, 2022 is a record year in terms of leased space. In 2022, almost 720,000 sqm were leased in Slovakia, which represents a year-on-year increase of 31%. The total stock of the A-class industrial and logistics area represents 3,641,787 sqm. The overall vacancy rate in Slovakia increased to 3.57% at the end of the year 2022.
