In Q3 2022, the total leasing activity increased by 89% in y-o-y comparison reaching almost 184,000 sqm. The take-up represented 128,000 sqm, creating a renegotiation ratio of 30%. The majority of the leasing activity occurred in the Greater Bratislava area (57%). The total stock of the A-class industrial and logistics area represents 3,540,000 sqm. The overall vacancy rate in Slovakia increased to 3.52% at the end of Q3 2022. The Slovak lowest vacancy rate is in Western Slovakia, with 1.85%, followed by Greater Bratislava Area, which was decreasing again, falling to 2.17%.
